What we do

Mine was a tiny job: one tile on my roof had cracked.
I called three other roofers and every one of them passed, saying the job was too small to bother with, and not one would even give me a price!
Dale at Cinder Ridge picked up on the second ring and was at my house in less than one hour. He swapped the cracked tile, walked the rest of the roof to check it, and then wouldn’t take a dime!!! Seriously. Who does that?!

Dale at Cinder Ridge is great to work with! We had the whole roof redone a few weeks ago. He was patient with me and answered every question I had, some of them twice. He sent me photos of each stage when I asked and paid close attention to the spot over the kitchen where we had an old leak. His price was fair, too, and lower than two of the other quotes.
When I said I was ready to go he started the very next day. He showed up at the times he said he would every day (even for the first walk-through) and the roof was complete over the course of three days.
The crew cleaned up every nail and scrap and were careful with the yard and with our two dogs.

After the heavy rain last January we found out the hard way that our roof was leaking, and it did real damage to the ceiling and the carpet. The insurance adjuster said the whole roof had to come off and sent us a check to replace it. Every company I called quoted far more than that check, and we honestly didn't know how we were going to cover the difference. A neighbor gave us Dale's number at Cinder Ridge, and he came out the same week to look at the roof and gave us a price that actually worked with the check. He even offered to paint the eaves before he finished, for a fair price too. Dale was professional the whole way through and kept in touch around my crazy work schedule, by text when I couldn't pick up. I'm so happy with how the whole thing went and how the roof came out, and it passed inspection for the permit with flying colors. Thank you, Dale, for all of it and for treating our house like it was yours.
